I like to raise a pet

An increasing number of(越来越多的)families are raising pets. Dogs, cats and even some terrifying(吓人的)animals such as snakes have been entered(登记)on the list of names of people's pets. I like raising pets, too. Raising a pet takes energy(需要精力), but I have benefited from(从……中获益)it.

First of all(首先), pets are our good friends that can keep us company(陪伴某人)to prevent us from(防止……)feeling lonely. Secondly, raising pets teaches us to have love of our lives. Being too busy with (忙于……)work, we often forget to enjoy blue skies and beautiful flowers and green grass around. By taking pets out for a walk(带……出去散步), we can find time to enjoy the beauty of nature. Taking care of(照顾)pets makes us become loving(有爱心的) ones.

I raise a puppy that is very cute(可爱的)and brings me many sweet(快乐的)memories and much happiness. If you are planning to raise a pet, please remember that don't abandon(抛弃)it once you have one, because it has emotions(情感)and fears loneliness(孤独)。
